Storyteller • Adventurer • Real Estate Entrepreneur • Bilingual Visionary

👋 I’m Adrian — a storyteller, strategist, and relentless problem-solver. I’ve never been great at following scripts — which probably explains why I left a 15-year telecom career with no severance, no safety net, and no intention of settling for a life that didn’t inspire me.

My passion is client success. I’m committed to helping companies elevate their operations, turning good brands into great ones — and great brands into the BEST. While I’m not actively seeking new opportunities, I’m always open to the RIGHT remote role that aligns with my values, challenges me to grow, and offers the chance for strategic travel when it makes sense.

Born in Hollywood, California, I grew up in South Florida in poverty, raised by a single mother. It was my maternal grandfather, Ramiro Fernandez, who recognized my fascination with technology and education. In an act of faith that would shape the course of my life, he financed my very FIRST personal computer. That single investment unlocked a world of knowledge and possibility, giving me access to tools and education far beyond my circumstances.

When I was 13, I landed my first job, interning at the Miami Museum of Science as a computer lab technician and instructor. You can read more about that program here. From that early work experience I learned from a young age how to explain complex products in terms real people could understand and use them to improve their life and business.

While I was working, I was also studying several hours per day, and in recognition of my academic achievements, I earned a congressional nomination to Mast Academy Marine Science High School, a nationally known institution for kids of high intellect and ability. I continued to harbor a singular dream of entrepreneurship, earning my income by selling items on eBay and reading four books per week to soak up all the knowledge I could (Fun Fact:That's more than even bestselling author Stephen King)

I’ve had the privilege of leading internationally recognized teams across the U.S., Mexico, Paraguay, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. Along the way, one thing has always puzzled me: in corporate America, managers love to preach about “big leadership” — yet rarely deliver big results for themselves. Instead, they send young, hungry employees into the trenches to do the heavy lifting while they play it safe, too afraid to step outside the box.

I’ve never been wired that way. I'm a servant leader without a sense of entitlement — just a strong Wi-Fi signal and a stubborn refusal to quit. Honestly I thought I’d be working for someone else until I was 70, collecting cheap coffee mugs and “Employee of the Month” certificates.

I broke the script. I got lucky. I now take the jobs I want.

Today I manage a real estate portfolio worth more than a little and less than too much. I give back by specializing in providing affordable housing to homeless and the under-housed in the city of Los Angeles. Optimizing and automating my efforts, I followed the rules I discovered in Tim Ferris’s book The Four Hour Workweek, and Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I don’t do it alone.

I lead an incredible team of people and we work collaboratively to get things done.

Entrepreneurship isn’t just what I do; it’s how I think, solve problems, and turn ideas into reality.

In my spare time, I love to write, workout, and tell stories. You can find me hanging out at The Academy of Magical Arts in Hollywood, California — one of the most exclusive private clubs in the world — surrounded by creativity and wonder. I also continue private study with top coaches from around the globe, constantly sharpening a unique set of skills. Because the way I see it, if you’re not improving, you’re just getting older… and let’s be honest, I can only control one of those things.

I believe in building things that last, solving problems worth solving, and connecting with people who think the same way. If that sounds like you, let’s connect.
